Pseudosphegestes brunnea is a very rare species occurring in the Caucasus. The beetle in the picture was beaten from Fagus in Othi-Ahmeta in the environments of Tiflis, Georgia - Caucasus.

 

Body length: 6 - 11 mm
Life cycle: 2 years
Adults in: June - July
Host plant: unknown
Distribution: an endemic species to Caucasus
